Voice of Faith September 25, 2017

Drop/Add Classes:  High school students can drop or add classes through Friday, September 29th.

Donate! Give Your Shoes New LIfe: Help us reach souls through soles.  Donate your good, used shoes for people in Cap-Haitien, Haiti.  Types of shoes: sneakers, sandals, even soccer cleats.  Sasha Salesky and his mom will be traveling to Haiti for a missions trip . Help us gather 500 pairs of shoes to send with them!  Shoes can be dropped off in the boxes in the breezeway area at Faith Christian Academy (this is the space between the school and the gym with the glass doors).

Senior Class Dress Down Day: The senior class will be sponsoring a dress down day and bake sale on Wednesday, September 27.  Dress down passes can be purchased for $1.  Bake sale items will be available for sale during lunch for $1.  The class of 2018 thanks you for your support!

Annual Fall Festival:  Mark your calendars for our 2nd Annual Fall Festival September 30th!  We are looking for VOLUNTEERS to help that day to flip pancakes, work the festival games, help man stations and collect money. Email or call jen.stanley@faithchristianacademy.net or 304-676-8530.  Click here to sign up to help with the Fall Festival.

Guidance Information: There is a Guidance Department bulletin board in the HS hallway outside of Mr. Keppley’s room. Any scholarship/internship and other related opportunities will be posted to this board. Check in periodically if you have interest in these items.

PSAT Testing:  PSAT in the school gym for sophomores & freshman – Oct 11th at 8:05AM

Traffic Flow:  Be sure to follow the traffic flow pattern indicated on the map in order to keep dismissal running smoothly and for the safety of our students.  Please keep your pick up number displayed until your child gets in your vehicle so we know where to direct the students.  If your child needs to be strapped into a car seat or booster seat, please pull forward into an open space out of the traffic flow and strap in the seat.  This will keep the traffic flowing.  If you have a very young child, you may want to consider pulling in the lane next to the school so that your child does not have to cross in front of other vehicles.
