Located in Martinsburg, West Virginia, Faith Christian Academy was established in 1983. We are an inter-denominational Christian school with over 50 different churches represented. Serving Maryland, Virginia, and West Virginia we offer Christian education in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade.
The mission of Faith Christian Academy is to provide the highest quality academic and Biblical world-view training in an environment that encourages spiritual, academic, social, and physical growth. (“Train up a child in the way he should go…” Prov. 22:6a)
Our vision is graduates who love the Lord, defend their faith, and pursue lifelong learning. (“…even when he is old he will not depart from it.” Prov. 22:6b)

Faith Christian Academy is accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and North Central Association. We strive for academic excellence by challenging students to work to their fullest potential. Our students have consistently scored above the national average on standardized testing
A dedicated Christian Faculty is our greatest asset. Each holds a minimum of a bachelor’s degree, with certification from the Association of Christian Schools International. God has called each faculty member to this ministry. The spiritual growth of each boy and girl is our highest priority. The emphasis on academic and social growth rounds out the development of the whole child.
At Faith Christian Academy we are dedicated to the Authority of God’s Word. Our faculty is ready to help you meet the challenge of training your child. We not only provide a solid, academic foundation, but we provide this foundation with godly Christian examples essential to your child’s happiness and well-being. We are always conscious that “no one can lay any foundation other than the one already laid which is Christ Jesus” (1 Corinthians 3:11)
Faith Christian Academy is an independent, non-denominational Christian school. It opened its doors in September 1983 with 49 students, five faculty members, one administrator, and an eleven member Board of Directors. Incorporated in March 1984, FCA was originally housed in the basement of Pilgrim Presbyterian Church and offered education for Pre-K through 6th grade. The Academy added a grade each year and graduated its first senior class in May 1989.
