Thank you for your interest in joining our team.  Here at Faith Christian Academy we realize the importance of hiring individuals who are not only qualified, but who are willing to invest in our students while they are here. Our mission at Faith is to provide the highest quality academic and Biblical world-view training in an environment that encourages spiritual, academic, social, and physical growth.

Application Process

  1. Send a resume of experiences and educational background with cover letter to the attention of Mr. Eric Kerns, Administrator.
  2. Those who meet the minimum qualifications for a position will be mailed an application in two parts.
  3. Complete the application and return it to the school to the attention of Mr. Kerns.
  4. Candidates for each position will be called for an interview until the position is successfully filled.
  5. The interview may include members of the administrative team, a board member, and at least one representative of the department for which the applicant is being considered.
  6. All successful applicants must submit to a background check.
  7. Applicants will be notified of the decision once it has been made.
