Faculty Position Announcement:
The following positions are open for the 2021-2022 school year at Faith Christian Academy. The full-time teacher contract begins August 1, 2021 and extends through June 30, 2022. Within that period of time there are 200 contracted days of employment.
Part-time, Exempt, PK-12 Art Teacher
Candidates must be able to meet all qualifications for employment at Faith Christian Academy, including a background check, a testimony of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ, agreement with the school’s doctrinal statement, and attendance at a church that agrees with the school’s doctrinal statement. The qualified individual will submit to the application and interview process as described on the school’s website.
All Faculty positions require a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. Preference will be given to individuals with a degree in the education field identified in the position. Teaching experience in the field will be considered a valuable qualification for any candidate. Expected school day hours are from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Salary and benefits will be based on the Personnel Handbook and shared in the interview process.
